9R Limited has existing whistleblowing policy and procedure ("Policy") for employees and other persons to raise any valid concerns. The Policy is reviewed from time to time and updated when necessary.

Reporting and Investigation
All employees and any other persons may file a whistleblowing report to 9R Limited. They can send an email to whistleblower@vikingom.com or a letter to the following address:
